Welcome everyone I’m talking to you today. We all know that in the wake of the lockdown and the corona,
A moratorium on loans was announced for six months from March to August. Banks charged large sums of money on interest and compound interest on people who took the moratorium. At the same time, interest and compound interest have been levied on people who are unable to repay their loans on time without taking a moratorium.
Then do not charge interest exactly during this one period of Lock Town i.e. 6 months from March to August. A few people approached the apex court and after hearing the arguments, the apex court issued a notice to the central government.
In this case it is never practical to say that the Central Government has filed an affidavit i.e. that all interest should be waived. But for a period of six months from March to August, we can deposit all the amount charged in the compound interest item into the bank account.
They have now told the apex court that the amount will be credited to the accounts on November 5, i.e. tomorrow.
